Welcome to Hillside Community Church!

What to Expect

We are a church body who desires to grow in our relationship with Christ and go into the community to serve and to share the Gospel. We hope you will be encouraged and share in our desire as you join us.

When you join us for Sunday morning service, you can use our south parking lot to be closer to our Worship Center in the south building. If you choose to come to Sunday School, the adult classes are in the north building. When you enter, you will be greeted with friendly smiles who will happily help you with any questions you may have. Your children are welcome to join you in the service; however, we do have opportunities for your children as well. We have Nursery and Pre-K classes during Sunday School and our Worship Service. For your Kindergarten through sixth grade children, we have Sunday School classes for them as well. During our Worship Service, they will stay with you through the singing portion of our Worship Service and then they will be dismissed to their classrooms; which is followed by our pastor(s) teaching of God’s Word normally through one of the books of the Bible.

What To Wear

Please come comfortable! You will see people wearing shorts and flip flops to suits, so please wear what you are used to. Please don’t let your wardrobe keep you from joining us.

What To Do

Find a comfy seat and join us as we sing praises to our Lord. If after the service you need prayer, we have pastors or elders available to pray with you. Before our service, we have mid-sized groups to provide “a place to belong and a place to grow.”  You’ll find encouragement, fellowship, prayer, and excellent teaching.

Sunday Services

During our 10:00 am worship service, we worship God with a blend of current worship songs, hymns and older choruses, accompanied by a full rhythm section. Children from kindergarten through sixth grade worship with their families for the first part of the worship service, then they are dismissed to their classrooms. Our worship through song is followed by our pastor(s) faithfully teaching God’s Word, normally through one of the books of the Bible. We participate in Communion the first Sunday of each month. The Nursery/Pre-K for ages 0-4, and children’s church for kindergarten – sixth grade are all available during this service.

Adult Bible Fellowship (ABF)

ABFs are mid-sized groups that meet on Sunday morning at 9:00am to provide “a place to belong and a place to grow.”  These groups provide a great first step for those who are new to the church or to growing in the Lord. ABF’s are a great place to meet and connect with others in our church.  You’ll find encouragement, fellowship, prayer, and excellent teaching. Click here for a current list of ABF classes.
