Sundays

header-about
Adult Bible Fellowship (ABF)

ABFs are mid-sized groups that meet on Sunday morning to provide “a place to belong and a place to grow.”  These groups provide a great first step for those who are new to the church or to growing in the Lord.  A great place to meet and connect with others in our church.  You’ll find encouragement, fellowship, prayer, and excellent teaching.

During the 9:45-10:45 AM hour we offer classes and groups for adults for learning, fellowship, encouragement, and connecting with others in our church.  We offer a variety of study topics and formats that provide excellent teaching.  Most groups include discussion and interaction, and seeking practical ways to apply what we are learning in our lives.

Middle-Agers ABF: Book of Matthew

In a more small group Bible-style setting, the group studies the Bible with discussion and interaction.  Often times of prayer, caring, and encouragement are a part of this group.

led by Bob Ellis, in room B-4

Faith Builders ABF: The Book of James

In some of the most practical and straightforward teaching in NT, James gives us ways to integrate true faith and every practical experience.  He stresses that true faith is live out. There will be opportunity for many insights and areas of application to our lives in this study.

Led by Dave Stuck in room B-1

Encouragers ABF: “Good to Great In God’s Eyes”

Includes teaching by pastor, author and radio teacher, Chip Ingram, this series will encourage and challenge you to take the next steps in your walk with the Lord. Topics include: “Think Great Thoughts,” “Read Great Books,” “Pursue Great People,” “Pray Great Prayers,” “Take Great Risks,” “Make Great Sacrifices,” and more. Led by Pastor Steve Hopper in the Jr High Room.

Small Groups

Small groups provide an inviting and casual setting to grow in the Lord with Bible Study, fellowship, caring, and prayer.  During the school year groups are offered on different nights, different locations, study topics and formats.  These groups provide an ideal setting for believers to live out the “one another” passages of our faith.

In this study you will learn how to communicate God’s Word in God’s way.  Your teaching can improve dramatically—regardless of how good it was before. You’ll learn how to make God’s style your style

In this study, we’ll incorporate video teaching with Dr. Bruce Wilkinson, founder of Walk Thru the Bible Ministries.
